The DIY chain Toom is a long-standing client of Scholz & Friends Berlin. This here is a conceptual approach to the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. The client's claim is "Respect who does it himself".

November 9, 1989 and the following night marked the end of the Wall that had divided East and West Berlin for 28 years. Thousands of Berliners flocked to the border crossings that night after the GDR government prematurely announced new travel regulations.

The idea is so simple that it almost hurts; Since it was basically the citizens of Berlin themselves who destroyed the wall, the connection to the hardware store was quickly made.
