Worked in a strategy-focused role at Adobe Express, shaping content systems and planning processes while acting as a design-native lead who translates between strategic direction and the realities of design teams.

I developed frameworks to improve content quality, reduce friction in creative workflows, and support scalable production across multiple markets. This included analysing structural gaps in existing systems, redefining how content needs were identified, and building clear structures for weekly briefings, requirements, and collaboration.

For the launch in Germany, I led weekly planning and feedback sessions for a team of 15+ designers, continuously refining processes across the full editorial cycle. The approach proved effective and was later adapted by other markets.

In parallel, I created playbooks that consolidated cultural insights, design principles, and copy guidance into a single operational reference. Initially developed for Germany, these frameworks were later adopted by teams in markets such as Brazil, Japan, and India.
